As he arrived for an EU summit with Western Balkan leaders, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama stated it was an excellent factor that Ukraine was getting candidate standing, however Kyiv needs to be beneath no illusions: “North Macedonia is a candidate [for] 17 years if I’ve not misplaced depend, Albania eight, so welcome to Ukraine.”
